Hiroshima Day was celebrated on 6th August. The children were made aware of the fact that on this day the United States dropped an atomic bomb on Hiroshima, Japan during World War II. A video was played to show the effects the nuclear bomb caused on the Hiroshima and Nagasaki cities.
